Paid Survey scam
angeleyes102786 asked:

I wish to find a paid consult online though we 'm kind of of wavering about a register for a single since we enclose 't unequivocally know if which is what is genuine or if it' s put upon there similar to dishonesty to take your money.

  • Try , you wont get rich but can make a few hundred buck a year. You should stay away from scam sites such as cashcrate. Always ask yourself, why would people need to spam others in order to make money when answering surveys is what is supposed to generate the money.

I doubt there is a site like that, I know a few where they claim that they put you into some drawing for a money prize but not sure if its true.

Bottom line is try to find someother way to make a bit of money.

    Hi There…

With a survey site, do you mean you want to run a survey?
If yes, then ’surveymonkey.com’ is a good one and I am currently using it.

    Cheers!,

The rule, as always, is to stay away from those that ask you to pay before you can get these surveys.

Legitimate market survey companies such as Pinecone Research recruit members based on demographic characteristics — e.g. mothers of babies 0-12 years old — and will send surveys of products and services targeting this demographic group. Pinecone Research, however, pays only $5 per survey — you’re definitely not going to be rich with that. They can give you anywhere from 1-5 at most surveys in a month.

Other companies simply ask you to answer as many research as possible, and you don’t earn anything just the chance to win at a raffle (which I find lame).

    It’s good to be cautious.

I’ve listed some of the sites I have taken surveys through and actually been paid (or recieved other rewards like gift cards or CDS) on the following site, if you are interested:

I list how they pay you, what I like and dislike about them, whether they have an affiliate or referral program, etc.

There are others out there. Be careful though, there are also scams. Don’t sign up for any survey site which asks you to pay to access the surveys. Also watch for language like “get paid for taking surveys AND SIGNING UP FOR OFFERS” if you don’t want to have to sign up for stuff with other companies to get paid.

Always carefully read their terms of service and privacy policy. If in their privacy policy they say they only use aggregated info, this is GOOD SIGN they are legit. Aggregated info information that is grouped together so it can’t be connected with anyones personal identification like name, e-mail, phone or address. That’s what survey sites SHOULD collect. Avoid sites that say they give, rent, or sell any personal information (info that is not agregated) to third parties (unless you really don’t mind getting junk mail, telemarketing calls, and spam).

Also just recently came across a good survey ratings site that I’ve found very helpful:

Pinecone research, Surveysavvy, Greenfieldonline are some of the larger survey companies, who pay regularly. A list of companies you can join for free, with details of amounts you will receive as payment, is available at
